Vinodka Murria, Chairman

Vinodka (Vin) was the founder and CEO of Advanced Computer Software Group plc (2008 to 2015) acquired by Vista Equity Partners in 2015, and the CEO of Computer Software Group plc (2002 to 2007) acquired by Hellman Friedman in 2007. She has more than 25 years of experience in the software sector and is currently a non-executive director of Softcat plc and Bunzl plc, Deputy Chairman of M&C Saatchi plc and a Senior Advisor to HG Capital and NM Rothschild on TMT.

Previous directorships have included serving as a non-executive director at Sophos Group plc, Zoopla Property Group plc, Chime plc, DWF plc and COO of Kewill Systems plc (now Blujay). Vin holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, an MBA and a Doctorate in Business Administration (Hon). Vin became an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire in 2018 for her services to Technology and the empowerment of women in the sector.

Vin is the founder of the PS Foundation, a charity setup to support the education of women and children in poverty in India and the UK.

Gavin Hugill, Chief Operations Officer

Gavin has a successful track record holding a number of senior roles, of increasing importance, in both private equity and publicly listed backed businesses. Most recently Gavin has held finance and commercial transformational roles leading to the successful secondary buyout of Advanced Computer Software. He played a key role in transforming Advanced Computer Software into a £2 billion enterprise value business, using a mixture of operational play books from Vista equity and leveraging best-in-class processes and integration strategies. He benefits from over 20 years of experience in the technology sector with one secondary (2019 - Advanced Computer Software) and two further buyouts (2009 - COA solutions & 2015 - ACS plc).

Karen Chandler, Non-Executive Director

Karen has held CFO and company secretary roles since 2006 including both AIM and premium listed LSE companies as well as several private companies. She is currently Finance Director and Company Secretary for the LSE listed company, The Cardiff Property Plc. She was CFO of a debt backed joint venture between Centrica and EIG, sold to The UK Green Investment Bank and funds managed by Blackrock for over £400m. Karen started her career with KPMG where she qualified as a chartered accountant and spent 12 years primarily specialising in transaction services working on a wide variety of cross border transactions.

James Corsellis, Non-Executive Director

James brings extensive public company experience as well as management and corporate finance expertise across a range of sectors and an extensive network of relationships with co-investors, advisers and other business leaders.

Previously he has served a director of the following companies: a non-executive director of BCA Marketplace Limited (formerly BCA Marketplace Plc) from July 2014 to December 2017, Advanced Computer Software from October 2006 to August 2008, non-executive chairman of Entertainment One Limited from January 2007 to March 2014 and remaining on the board as non-executive director until July 2015, non-executive director of Breedon Aggregates Limited from March 2009 to July 2011 and as CEO of icollector Plc from 1994-2001. James was educated at Oxford Brookes University, the Sorbonne and London University.

James is currently a Managing Partner of Marwyn Capital and Marwyn Investment Management, an executive director of Marwyn Acquisition Company Plc and Silvercloud Holdings Limited, and a director of Marwyn Acquisition Company II Limited and Marwyn Acquisition Company III Limited.
